Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Maintains an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized. Role models exceptional customer service.

• Creates a positive customer experience
• Promotes honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
• Manages truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed
• Organizes back stock for replenishment
• Upholds merchandising standards and signage
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the backroom
• Ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste policies
• Communicates effectively with management and Associates
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management for training needs
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintains a safe environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
