Framebridge in West 3rd, Los Angeles, seeks a Retail Full Time Keyholder to lead store operations with a customer-first mindset. You will be the on-floor leader, ensure outstanding service, and model Framebridge values while supporting the Store Manager.

You will drive team coaching, product knowledge, and seamless handoffs, including evenings and weekends, to deliver memorable customer experiences and strong store performance.

The Role

We’re seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you’ll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

As a Keyholder, You Will:

Who You Are:

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role

• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment

• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes

• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)

• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials

• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information:

The base range is $21 – $21 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
