About The Role

The Retail Keyholder in the Dallas area will lead the Framebridge retail team, setting the standard for exceptional customer service and representing the brand in physical stores. They will oversee onboarding and training of retail associates, execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals, and utilize strong communication skills to build customer relationships and coach associates. The role involves demonstrating deep product knowledge and design advice, troubleshooting customer issues, and innovating to enhance the retail experience. The keyholder will ensure the delivery of Framebridge's 100% happiness guarantee and contribute to the growth of Framebridge's brick and mortar retail spaces.
