You will organize picking, manage workflow, and ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety in order processing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment.
• Strong organization and administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to improve, learn and adapt.
• Ability to handle multiple functions and meet deadlines.
• Sharp interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Distro associates and drivers.
• Use WMS to track daily goals and workload balance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely order processing.
• Assess staffing needs to handle fluctuating workloads.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for retail processing.
• Develop and track KPIs to drive productivity.
