Job summary

Burlington Stores in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead front-end operations, training and coaching staff, and drive store performance. This role partners with management on merchandising, operations and HR to build strong teams.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excel in customer service and be available for full-time hours, including nights and weekends. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour
