Ace Retail Group is seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to handle register transactions and assist customers at Westlake Ace Hardware. This position supports front-end operations, pricing, stocking, and customer service to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has cashier or customer service experience, is comfortable standing for long periods, and can lift up to 25 lbs as seasons change. Starting wage is $12.00 per hour with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Cashier experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.
• Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise.
