Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Cashier to handle register transactions and assist customers at the Westlake Ace Hardware store. You will greet customers, finalize sales, and help locate merchandise, while maintaining a neat front end and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities include balancing the register, supporting promotions, and keeping aisles stocked. High school or GED is required, with cashier and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Cashier experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Maintain front end appearance and stock impulse counters, rotate fresh merchandise as seasons change.
