Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member for a retail store position at our Aston location. Primary duties include bagging at checkout, stocking, cart retrieval, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to perform store duties safely.
• Must understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet physical requirements and handle lifting and standing.
• Must be able to learn and use store equipment and PPE as needed.
• Must comply with dress code and wear approved clothes/shoes.
• Must have reliable attendance and complete the introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule and prep equipment/PPE at start of shift.
• Collect trash, use compactor, and maintain cleanliness of front-end areas.
• Perform housekeeping: floors, work areas, and routine clean sweeps.
• Collect, stack, and push carts to the front of the store.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist customers.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
