Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of shipments.
• Verify and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Maintain effective freight flow, keeping the area safe and organized.
• Ensure safety standards are met in the receiving area.
• Confirm the accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up displays.
• Supervise other associates assisting with freight processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing the store, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least six months’ retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, third shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
