Job summary

Zamzows-Inc is seeking a Freight & Customer Service Clerk to join our retail team. You will stock shelves, assist shoppers, and help maintain a clean and organized store and warehouse environment across multiple duties.

Weekend availability is required and the schedule includes approximately 22 hours per week across Friday to Monday. You will greet customers, answer questions, help with carry-outs, and support inventory accuracy while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule — including weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
• Keep the store’s warehouse neat, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with product counts to support ordering and inventory accuracy.
• Set up and take down merchandise displays as needed.
• Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming, helpful environment.
• Answer product questions and share your knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and ensure a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear/use proper safety equipment.
