Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Receiving Specialist to assist with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor.

You will handle freight, support pricing and merchandising, and keep the receiving area neat and organized, working with Team Leaders to ensure smooth store operations. This is a physical role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
