Job summary

Ollie in Kingsland, GA is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help receive, process and move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will handle freight, merchandise, and keep the receiving area organized to support efficient store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude with good customer service skills. This is a full-time role at Ollie’s retail location.

Internal Job Title: Receiving Specialist

Position Overview:

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
