CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is looking for a Controller based in Marshfield, Wisconsin, to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice. The role promises collaboration with clients to transform their business effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, six years of experience, and preferably experience with restaurant franchises.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant work experience as a Controller or equivalent required.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Relevant experience involving restaurant franchises is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Controller for designated clients.
• Consult and advise clients on accounting best practices.
• Mentor staff and assist in designing customized back-office solutions.
• Prepare management reporting packages for clients.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting standards and policies.
