What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving products to final selling locations (storage or sales floor).
• Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Contributing to a workplace culture that embraces diversity and reflects IKEA's values.
Qualifications
• 4 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment roles.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

Hours – 34-40 hours per week. Must be able to work retail hours based on business needs, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this role is $19.57 - $27.83 per hour.
