What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process. Responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  3. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
  4. Selecting goods for customers within the designated time frame to ensure excellent customer experience.
  5. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  7. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
  8. Fostering an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.

Thank you for your interest in this role. Please note, this is a Sensitive Position requiring a background check and drug test. This is a permanent, full-time role (34-40 hours/week). The role is in a retail environment with open availability from Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm. The pay range is $19.57 to $27.83, based on relevant experience and IKEA's pay scale.
