What you'll be doing day to day

• Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring product availability and replenishment.
• Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Moving products to their final locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Selecting goods for customers efficiently to enhance their experience.
• Certifying powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
• Promoting an inclusive environment that reflects IKEA’s culture and embraces diversity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

• Hours: 34-40 hours per week
• Shifts: 2am-10am; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Starting pay: $19.57 - $22.51 per hour
