What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Selecting goods for customers within the specified time to ensure excellent service.
5. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
7. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
8. Fostering an environment that reflects IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment roles.

- Certification in operating powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
