What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the specified time to ensure excellent service.
• Certify operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Use scanner equipment and inventory management systems effectively.
• Foster an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) is preferred.
