What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  2. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  3. Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidelines.
  4. Selecting goods for customers within the specified timeframe to ensure excellent service.
  5. Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
  6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  7. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
  8. Fostering an environment that embodies IKEA’s culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environment. Certification in powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.
