Byrne Dairy & Deli, a local family-owned retailer, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a store’s retail and food service operations, lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure outstanding customer service.

This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, financial oversight, and a focus on safety and cleanliness, with opportunities for advancement within the Byrne Dairy & Deli network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years retail and 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing store operations and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain store gross profit and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee deliveries, record discrepancies, and control costs.
• Supervise, train, hire, and communicate with management.
