Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Food Service Managers work a minimum of 45 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Create and build a positive, family-oriented culture and a profitable retail environment.
• Oversee the food service department and employee development; maintain cleanliness and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and standards for freshness, safety and sanitation; manage inventory and recipe compliance.
• Train, motivate and develop foodservice staff; manage product ordering and end-of-month inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
