Job Description

We are seeking a management professional responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. The role involves overseeing and managing dining operations where customers order prepared food from a menu.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
  2. Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
  3. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
  4. Build and maintain effective client and customer relationships for mutually beneficial business outcomes.
  5. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress effectively.
  6. Ensure the completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements.
  7. Deliver on client and company financial targets.
  8. Understand and utilize performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
  9. Create value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
  10. Comply with Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting food and labor initiatives.
  11. Train and prepare the entire team to execute operational responsibilities.
  12. Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control.
  13. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
  14. Manage food service at an assigned retail food location.
  15. Assist in establishing systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food, as well as menu planning and development.
  16. Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
  17. Supervise two or more employees, including hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and pay increases.
  18. Assist in location forecasting and accounting.
  19. Conduct inventory and maintain records to comply with standards.
  20. Coordinate activities with internal departments and vendors.
  21. Manage Front of House dining operations (Cafeteria, Food Court, Quick Service).
  22. Develop and implement retail service plans to improve service, quality, and profitability.
  23. Maintain effective relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard service model.
