**Job Description**

The Retail Manager is responsible for the operations of the assigned retail location. The Retail Manager must ensure efficient store operations in line with Aramark's policies, procedures, and client contracts. The Manager coordinates guest services to ensure staff and guests have a positive experience. Responsibilities include overall store merchandising, product inventory management, purchasing, and other operational needs.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for non-selling aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing, and distribution.
2. Collaborate with HR to hire staff, ensure proper staffing for events or the store, and manage payroll budgets.
3. Develop and train staff in customer service programs and product knowledge.
4. Ensure proper procedures for opening and closing the store, including cash and credit card accountability and security.
5. Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
6. Verify financial transactions, including sales and merchandise transfers.
7. Periodically check merchandise ticketing accuracy.
8. Lead physical inventories and investigate discrepancies.
9. Maintain effective relationships with clients and customers for mutually beneficial business.
