Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a Retail Food Service Manager to oversee retail dining operations at HUP/Clifton Center in Philadelphia, PA. You will develop and execute dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes, supervising front-of-house teams and coordinating with other departments for a unified guest experience.

The role focuses on menu-driven service, profitability, and compliance with sanitation standards, while leading marketing, merchandising, and cash-handling activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Food Service Supervisory or Management experience required.
• Retail Food Service experience required.
• Experience with marketing, merchandising and cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and computer skills required.
• SERV SAFE certification or willing to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House dining operations (Cafeteria, Food Court, Quick Service).
• Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service, quality and profitability.
• Maintain effective relationships with other departments for a unified retail experience.
• Manage marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure sanitation and safety levels are met.
• Maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Drive customer service and respond to survey results.
• Supervise two or more employees with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Assist in location forecast and accounting; track sales trends and drive sales.
• Implement specials and LTOs and coordinate pop up restaurants and events.
• Manage catering including using catertrax, coordinating with client, menu planning, staffing and setup.

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Retail Food Service Manager position, to oversee retail dining operations at HUP/Clifton Center, located in Philadelphia, PA. This is a management position, responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared food from a menu.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House (Cafeteria, Food Court, Quick Service) dining operations
• Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service, quality and profitability of service areas.
• Maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience for customers.
• Manages marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures.
• Ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met
• Maintains effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Drives customer service and tracks and responds to survey results.
• Directly supervises two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases
• Assists in location forecast and accounting; tracks sales trends and drives sales.
• Implements specials and LTOs and coordinates pop up restaurants, Fooda, etc.
• Manages catering including utilizing catertrax, coordinating with client, menu planning, staffing and set up.
