Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the successful operation of retail and cafeteria services within Food & Nutrition Services, reporting to the Director of Dining Services. You will manage three retail locations with a total annual volume of $8.9 million.

This role requires strong leadership, cash-handling experience, and a track record of improving service quality and financial performance. A related degree and several years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; or Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience (based on education/training)
• Strong knowledge of foodservice operations, including quality, production, sanitation, cost control, marketing, and presentation
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services preferred
• Background in cash-handling retail environments
• Retail marketing experience highly desirable
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; or Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience (based on education/training)
• Strong knowledge of foodservice operations, including quality, production, sanitation, cost control, marketing, and presentation

• Background in cash-handling retail environments
• Retail marketing experience highly desirable
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
