• Associates will need to attend and complete required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by managing budget, forecasts, expenses, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using OBW service model.
• Coordinate stakeholder plans, build accountability, and promote continuous learning.
• Attend to staffing needs, hiring, training, and performance management.
