Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Nordstrom Rack team member in Massachusetts to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will assist customers, operate the POS system, assist with merchandising, and help customers find great deals throughout the day. In this role you’ll collaborate with teammates, adapt to various areas of the store, and prioritize tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at the register and across platforms, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning items to the floor.
