Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations in Alaska. In this entry-level management role, you’ll oversee daily tasks, assist in achieving sales goals, and help maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment while mentoring staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities for growth within the global Skechers brand. Training and benefits are provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure customers leave with the right fit and a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: oversee daily operations, opening/closing, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor teammates in entry-level retail, customer service, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
