Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in inventory control and retail sales.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating a cash register and understanding sales inventory.
• Previous retail supervisory experience.
• USCG NAF sales clerk experience (6+ months) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandise selection.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and maintain cash controls.
• Order, price and stock merchandise; communicate with HQ on special orders.
• Supervise staff as needed and ensure store security and loss prevention.
