Job summary

A&F Stores, Inc. is looking for a Key Lead in National Harbor, Maryland. As a Key Lead, you will ensure that every customer receives quality in-store experiences by supervising Floor operations and coaching staff. Responsibilities include performing opening and closing routines, operating the register, fulfilling orders, and maintaining displays.

Candidates should possess strong customer focus, communication skills, and at least one year of retail experience. The position offers competitive pay at $17.95 per hour and benefits like merchandise discounts and a quarterly sales bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, initiative, confident.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers receive quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor.
• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfilling omni-channel orders.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
