Job summary

American Greetings is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead a crew responsible for installing fixtures, relocations, and repairs for retail partners. The role involves coordinating with Field Management and ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and budget standards.

The position requires supervisory experience in retail or merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze Power BI reports for capacity planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Prior successful retail, merchandising, or customer service leadership experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and prior supervisory experience.
• Experience leading at least one successful major change initiative from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and maintain a team of crew members for installations and revisions.
• Develop a cohesive merchandising and fixturing team through communication, feedback, mentorship, and accountability.
• Use workload scheduling apps to manage installation requests and fixture issues.
• Maintain regular communication with Field Management during installation/remodels to ensure standards.
• Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and budget requirements.
• Operate tools required for installations, revisions, and repairs.
• Review Power BI reports to monitor territory capacity, budget, and shipments.
• Maintain a company vehicle and ensure routine maintenance is performed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
