Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Granby, MA to promote nationally distributed products in local convenience and retail stores. You'll build relationships with store management and associates while ensuring displays, pricing, and planograms are up to standard.

This part-time role offers competitive weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, health and other benefits, and a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
