Job summary

CROSSMARK in Hartford, CT is seeking a part-time Retail Client Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in convenience stores. You will gain shelf placement, build displays, stock shelves, and develop relationships with store management and staff.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, the ability to travel to multiple stores in a territory, and competitive weekly pay with benefits such as health, vision, dental and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
