Job summary

TTI is seeking a results-driven retail specialist to drive market share within The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, showcase product solutions, and support promotional events to maximize sell-through.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll analyze sales data with Power BI, coordinate merchandising, and partner with store teams to strengthen in-store execution while adhering to safety policies. This position requires travel and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Ability to travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events; air travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to drive decisions and maximize impact across retail operations.
