MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - 1099 Independent Contractors

Join Our Team!

We are seeking reliable and experienced merchandisers to work on an as-needed basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy merchandising tasks such as audits, building racks and displays, resets (shelf and pegboard), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities include working independently or as part of a team, building strong store relationships, and completing assigned tasks within your area. This role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

1. Smartphone with Android or iPhone capability
2. Ability to access Google services on your phone
3. Dependability with a verifiable record of punctuality and task completion
4. At least 1 year of experience with planograms, merchandising, and resets
5. Proficiency in reading and implementing planograms
6. Fluent in English (reading and speaking)
7. Internet access and a printer when needed
8. Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license
9. Ability to transport supplies and travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles or more)
10. Flexible schedule and daily monitored email
11. Effective communication skills via email, phone, and text
12. Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Demands

• Bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods
• Lifting boxes up to 10 lbs.
• Moving fixtures on wheels
• Following instructions accurately
