MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - EXPERIENCED

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM - people like YOU!

MUST HAVE MERCHANDISING EXPERIENCE.

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 season and we are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, including but not limited to audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing candidates with the ability to build strong store relationships are preferred.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area. If you do not have verifiable experience, there is no need to apply.

This is NOT full-time work.

PAY RATES VARY - $17.00 - $19.00 PER HOUR

Qualifications:

1. Must own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and be able to access Google.
2. Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing the work on time.
3. Planograms: 1 year - Must understand how to read and implement planograms.
4. Merchandising: 1 year.
5. Resets: 1 year.
6. Speak and read English.
7. Must have access to the internet.
8. Must have access to a printer when needed.
9. Must have reliable transportation.
10. Valid, non-expired Driver's License required.
11. Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage).
12. Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles). Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.
13. Flexible schedule.
14. Email address that is monitored daily.
15. Effectively communicate via email, phone & text.
16. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Demands:

1. Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward, and standing for long periods at a time.
2. Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 25 lbs.
3. Ability to move fixtures on wheels.
4. Read, understand, and follow instructions.
