MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - 1099 - Independent Contractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM - people like YOU!

This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All our merchandisers are on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are seeking well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, including but not limited to audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly and outgoing individuals with the ability to build strong store relationships are encouraged to apply.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor. (Please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying.) PAY RATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT - $15.00 - $17.00 PER HOUR - PAY RATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications

1. Must have an Android or iPhone.
2. Must know how to access Google via your phone.
3. Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives, and completing the work on time.
4. Planograms: 1 year - You must understand how to read and implement planograms.
5. Merchandising: 1 year.
6. Resets: 1 year.
7. Speak and read English.
8. Must have access to the internet.
9. Must have access to a printer when needed.
10. Must have reliable transportation.
11. Valid, non-expired Driver's License required.
12. Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage).
13. Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles). Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.
14. Flexible schedule.
15. Email address that is monitored daily.
16. Effectively communicate via email, phone, and text.
17. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Demands:

1. Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward, and standing for long periods of time.
2. Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 10 lbs.
3. Ability to move fixtures on wheels.
4. Read, understand, and follow instructions.
