Job summary

Walmart is hiring a General Facilities Maintenance Technician at the Tracy store to perform routine maintenance that keeps facilities, equipment, and fixtures safe and functional. You will work under the General Maintenance Manager, following established schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification with 2 years' experience in relevant trades.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• No DUI/DWI/oUI convictions in last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets.
• Use work orders to document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues.
• Complete safety training to operate tools safely.
