Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide on-site support for our retail stores in Southern California. You will manage facilities software, energy and utilities platforms, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and coordinate landlord items and warranty issues with construction teams.

This role demands strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. The position requires a degree, a minimum of 3 years in facilities maintenance, and proficiency with MS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to store inquiries within 24 hours to meet SLA.
• Coordinate landlord items (leaks, HVAC) and follow through to completion.
• Work with construction to correct warranty issues when they arise.
• Handle vendor setup, opening/closing store services and vendor schedules.
• Run department emails, process check requests and purchase orders.
• Set up new vendors in platforms and accounts payable.
