Job summary

Best Buy in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to help maintain positive customer and employee experiences across the store. You will drive localized customer and employee initiatives, share trends with other store leaders, and provide development and performance management for the team.

The role requires 1 year of leadership experience or 6 months as a Best Buy shift lead, plus prior sales or customer service experience and a collaborative, flexible approach to work including holidays,
