Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a candidate to join as a Retail Experience Manager in Training. The four-to-six month program covers company culture, customer focus, business processes, financial analysis and leadership skills, preparing you to lead as an Experience Manager delivering a world-class customer experience and implementing sales strategies.

During training you will learn to exhibit key behaviors, analyze sales trends, motivate the team, recruit internal and external talent, and run store

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Job description

As a Retail Experience Manager in Training, you'll spend your time training and preparing for the role of Retail Experience Manager. This training is generally four to six months in length and covers all aspects of Best Buy management including company culture, customer focus, business process, financial analysis and reporting, and overall leadership skills. It'll your time to shine! Once training is complete, you'll have the opportunity to apply for an open Experience Manager role where you'll deliver a world-class customer experience while playing a vital role in implementing sales strategies, analyzing business results.
