Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Retail Experience Manager to lead day-to-day operations at your home store or designated micro-market, focusing on exceptional employee and customer experiences. Job description

As the Retail Experience Manager, you’ll assume the day‑to‑day leadership duties of your Best Buy home store or group of stores to provide excellent employee and customer experiences. You’ll assign resources based on customer traffic and business needs throughout your assigned store or stores in your designated micro‑market (local surrounding stores). In addition, you’ll be responsible for driving employee development and performance management.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service

Consumer electronics industry experience
