You'll compare store performance against company goals and lead your team to drive growth or improve results.

What you'll do

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Preferred qualifications

One year of consumer electronics industry experience
