The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Albuquerque. You will contribute to our store's success by assisting customers, handling transactions, and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required to meet business needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Engage in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, while adhering to policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and follow store policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
