Finish Line is seeking an Associate to contribute to daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and growth through strong product knowledge and service excellence.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, sales performance, and teamwork within a dynamic retail environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric attitude and strong service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Responsabilités

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and hitting targets.
• Assist with daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and follow company policies and safety rules.
• Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
