Responsibilities include creating a memorable shopping experience, driving sales, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and supporting daily store operations with a collaborative team, including flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
