Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a Retail Team Member II to welcome donors and customers, process donations, and help merchandise items for sale. You will work at a Palmetto Goodwill location, delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting daily store operations.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong customer service, teamwork, and a flexible schedule, including weekends. You will participate in training to grow within Palmetto Goodwill's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including common software.
• Must understand English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ACE to customers in a retail setting.
• Greet, assist, and thank donors and customers with the donation process.
• Sort, price, and stock donations for sale.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete sales and encourage round-up donations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety and policy guidelines and report issues.
