Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking a Retail Event Marketer in Massachusetts to drive high-quality leads and build brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box retail locations.

You'll excel at face-to-face interaction, represent the brand, set up booths, collect customer information, and exceed lead targets under the guidance of the Territory Field Marketing Manager. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, events, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and confidence engaging customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings and weekdays/weekends.
• Smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to generate and qualify leads
• Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness
• Capture accurate customer information and set appointments
• Represent the brand at retail stores and events
• Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays
• Maintain a professional, branded presence
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging
• Provide excellent customer experiences
• Accurately document leads and track daily performance
• Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards
• Effectively communicate with the Field Marketing Manager
• Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location coverage requirements
