Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is looking for energetic Event Marketers to join our Marketing team and represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country at retail locations, sporting events, home shows, fairs, and community events.

You’ll engage with homeowners, educate them on our exterior remodeling services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. This role offers hourly pay, bonuses, and ongoing training in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Work Environment
