Job summary

Michaels in Richmond–Willow Lawn is hiring a part-time Retail Environment Team Member. You’ll help customers, keep the store clean, and run checkout with accurate cash handling. Expect activities like stocking, truck unloading, and supporting BOPIS or Ship from Store.

The role requires a friendly, proactive team member who can stand for long periods and follow safety SOPs. Must be 16+ and able to lift items as needed in a public retail setting.
